Jordan has over 15 years of experience managing all aspects of the product life cycle from opportunity to launch. His career began with a bang by helping birth one of the most innovative telecommunication products/services of its time — MCI’s “Find Me Follow Me” personal 800 number. Jordan was responsible for technical product management for this popular category and has leveraged a number of the consumer principles used to conceive of that service in his design concepts for CarePass, Allviant’s first consumer product.
Later at MCI’s Internet business unit, Jordan’s passion for products has also put him front and center with major accounts such as P&G, PNC Bank, Toyota, LPL Financial, and Sega where his team created customized internet experiences to capture and engage their consumers in the earliest days of the corporate websites. Jordan went on to director level product management roles with Aligo, where he led the product vision and delivery of the company’s award winning Omni Mobile Platform, with customers including OEMs Sun Microsystems and Motorola. Prior to joining Allviant, Jordan directed product management at global leader in interactive classroom technologies, Interwrite Learning. There he led a product team in designing the company’s next generation of response technologies growing that portion of the company’s business by more than 200% in less than 3 years.
Jordan is a Baltimore native with a BA from the University of Maryland and a MS in MIS from The George Washington School of Business. He and his wife stay very busy with one young son.
